Knots is a native macOS app that looks similar to Apple Notes. The workspace is divided into three columns:
Left: list of clients.
Middle: list of sessions.
Right: session workspace.
Each session includes three default tabs — Notes, Transcript, and AI Chat. You can also add a Report tab if needed by clicking the plus icon in the top right and selecting the format.
